Purpose
These Terms govern access to and use of ecoa.live. The website presents the ECOA brand, information about social and music experiences, contact forms, Community / Early Access and future links to external platforms.
Informational nature
The website is informational and institutional. It does not currently sell tickets, process payments or conclude ticket purchase contracts.
Information about dates, venues, artists, times, prices or availability is final only when confirmed through official channels and, where applicable, the relevant ticketing platform.
Acceptable use
Users must use the website lawfully and responsibly. They must not interfere with security, submit malicious code, automate abusive requests, collect other users' data unlawfully or commercially exploit website content without authorisation.
Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, texts, design, visual identity, logos, photographs, videos and graphic elements belong to the ECOA project or are used with permission. Reproduction, modification, distribution, extraction or commercial use requires prior authorisation, except where permitted by law.
Event information
Published information may be updated. Dates, times, venues, line-ups, capacity and entry conditions may change until final confirmation.
Specific event conditions prevail over these Terms regarding entry, age, tickets, refunds, image capture, security and venue rules.
External ticketing
When ticket sales become available, the website may redirect users to an external platform. Purchases will be completed on that platform and governed by the conditions displayed there, including payment, fees, issuance, cancellation and refunds.
External links
The website may link to social networks, artists, venues, partners or third-party services. Those entities control their own content, availability and data processing. A link does not constitute a full guarantee or endorsement.
Availability and liability
Reasonable measures are used to keep the website available, updated and secure. Continuous operation, complete absence of errors and compatibility with every device are not guaranteed.
To the extent permitted by law, ECOA is not liable for unlawful use, temporary unavailability not caused by wilful misconduct or gross negligence, failures of external services, information voluntarily entered by users in free-text fields, or events outside reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights where applicable.
Privacy, changes and governing law
Personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy. Cookies are governed by the Cookie Policy and the user's consent choices.
These Terms may be updated. Portuguese law and mandatory European Union rules apply. Disputes will be submitted to the legally competent court, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection mechanisms.
